Post Race Commentary
No one could deny Petrolhead of his second consecutive win, the only one with a double-digit score and getting the Red Bull team's 1-2 finish right to a T!

Tonksy was mysteriously AWOL from the race and the F!@ stewards have decided to launch an investigation. "We take all cases of truancy very seriously", said a moustached gentleman with white hair who claimed to be the spokesperson of the F!@. Tonksy's absence saw Halcoynya leap ahead in the Championship table and she is now just 6 points behind Cloud, who paid the price for believing in the Brawn Supremacy when the train has already left the station, or so iker_raikkonen believes to be the case.

But why should we believe one who is at the rock-bottom of every single race? Meh.

Post Race Commentary
iker_raikkonen finally woke up and takes her first victory of the season, a resurgence that is mirrored upon the awakening of Kimi Räikkönen as well (er.. Hamilton who?). Perhaps a little jibe on iker_raikkonen is needed to spur her on (see post above).

Championship leader Petrolhead narrowly misses out on victory, and extends his lead over runner up Cloud who is still fixated on the Brawn Supremacy. Halcoynya had a race to be forgotten, while Tonksy had forgotten there was a race.

Offers from new teams may tempt Cloud to move on.

There had been rumour that Cloud may move to one of the new teams after the owners had hint that he might hire all his drivers from the current F1 drivers. Experience and scoring points, Cloud had been the front runner of the rumours.

In an interview with ESPN, Cloud claimed that he might consider extension to the F1 career despite of the fact that he claimed that he want retirement. " Everybody need a little time away. I had been driving for awhile. I must thanks the team for providing me a chance to race. Every race is important to me. I want to give my best. And that i want to enjoy every moment while it last. As for what the future may hold for me, i don't know."

In regarding to his current form, he said that it is his personal form rather than the team machine. "The team give me a monster that is good enough to win the Driver's title but i am struggling to tame the monster for the past few races. Tires issues are something that i should really take note of."

When asking who is likely to be the next driver champion, he replied with a laugh, "It could be Petrolhead, myself, tonsky, halconya or Iker and my chance is very slim although."

When asked what will he be if he is not a driver, he said, "I think i would be a taxi driver." before laughing out loud again.

The yawnboringyawn European GP saw one of the lowest number of turnouts in the history of F1PL. iker_raikkonen continues her second successive victory and closes in on third placed halcoynya, while Petrolhead extends his lead on the Championship table ahead of Cloud.

Tonksy continues her petulant truancy as it was revealed that she stopped work to protest against her team's lack of help in obtaining Nico Rosberg's autograph. The F!@ has since issued a warning to the team as well as the said driver.

Post-race Commentary
As her namesake takes the chequered flag, so did iker_raikkonen with a similar slim margin over Cloud to win the Belgian GP.

While Cloud has finally came out of the clouds and put an end to the senseless kowtow to the Brawn Supremacy, it was a foolish belief in another team - this time Red Bull Racing that left him in a so-close-yet-so-far victory attempt. 3 out of the 4 drivers who took part in this week's Prediction League predicted Red Bull Racing team to take the Highest Scoring Constructor when NO! It was the Ferrari and their tifosi who got the last laugh despite only having one - oh wait, you mean there was another? - car on the grid.

The victory, which is her second in succession, leapfrogs iker_raikkonen ahead of the hardworking Halcoynya to the third spot. The gap closes between iker_raikkonen and Cloud, while Petrolhead manages a small lead ahead of the two. The championship is far from over.

Post-race Commentary
Petrolhead stamps his authority upon the F1PL by being the only driver to score double-digits this weekend - getting not 1, not 2, but 3 driver predictions spot on! He extends his lead on the championship with only 4 races left, leaving the likes of Cloud, who found himself the biggest loser as the staunchest supporter of the Brawn Supremacy had only himself to blame having ditched the team just as they came back with a convincing victory, iker_raikkonen and halcoynya to literally 'suck dust' behind him.

Race report
iker_raikkonen's lucky weekend did not fail to include a win in what is considered one of her home events. Her tally of 19 points sees her leapfrog Cloud for second place in the championship. The latter's third place is under threat from halcoynya who is only 5 points away. Petrolhead meanwhile maintains a 35-point margin from the battle for second place with three rounds remaining. Remarkably, all of this round's entrants subscribed to the Brawn supremacy, while did not perform as well as expected on the hot and bumpy street circuit.

Race Report
The scores were close in this round, with all but one of the entrants selecting Vettel as polesitter and racewinner. However, petrolhead just edges out Cloud for the F1PL win by nominating all of the drivers who scored points. The battle for second among the remaining regulars remains tight, as iker_raikkonen's dismal score sees her plummet to 4th place, but only 9 points off Cloud. Halcoynya is sandwiched the pair having moved up a spot to third place. While the three continue to duke it out, petrolhead's advantage has opened up to 41 points.

Race Report
The real-life F1 world championship was not the only one which was sewn up this weekend. With an unassailable lead of 50 points (and a maximum of 45 to play for left), petrolhead has secured the F1GPSG Prediction League championships for 2009. Victory was by no means easy this time, as Cloud was edged out by a single point, let down once again by Brawn GP in the race. However breathing space has opened up between Cloud, halcoynya and iker_raikkonen as a result of everyone finishing in the current championship order.

Statement from the F!@

The F!@ would like to thank Petrolhead for his recent contributions to the F1PL prediction league, and dispelled any rumour that Petrolhead is running for the F!@ presidency elections.

Race report
Second place was all to play for in the final round of the 2009 F1PL season. However, Cloud was held up at customs and did not make it in time for the race (rumours attribute the delay to a bottle of champagne that was smuggled into the Muslim country for celebrations), while iker_raikkonen went MIA.

The race was thus a two-horse affair between halcoynya and petrolhead. The former was in prime position to take a second victory as well as second place in the championship. In the end, they finished level on 13 points each. Halcoyna got Jenson Button's third place spot-on but petrolhead's gamble on Kamui Kobayashi earned him the point needed to take the decision to the F!@ - nevertheless, it was mission accomplished for both racers.
